I need help.
I’ve been sick for two years now, still undiagnosed
But have been instructed to start on the low fodmap diet. My problem is, I am also vegan and cannot tolerate any soy, any beans, any lentils, as well as a majority or fruit and veggies.
I have no idea how I’m going to live without just, withering away to nothing
Any help would be so very deeply appreciated.
Im in the same boat as u. Ive been living off banana/date/spinach smoothies for months now, as these seem to be the only foods i can tolerate (which I just found out are low FODMAPs foods, too…it all makes sense now, lol). I am vegan as well and IDK how to eat low FODMAPs vegan. I would love to see some vegan/low-FODMAPs diet logs….I was hoping the author of the blog could do logs of his own daily diet, as this would help many of us out tremendously. All the other logs Ive found are Paleo
Hey guys, thanks for your comments, i am by no means an expert and it definitely has been trial and error for me too – i can’t tell you how many times I’ve fallen off the Low FODMAP wagon and how much effort it takes to pull myself back on – i will try my best to do what you need in terms of logs and providing advice. While i also get myself back on the blogging wagon (it’s been awhile), please feel free to email me at areyoutheresoy at gmail dot com and i would be happy to help as best i can..
